Our goal is to help all parties involved have a full understanding of the construction project, schedule, and cost as early as possible. These pre-construction efforts can help the owners and developers determine if their construction project is viable. In addition to estimating, the Beverly-Grant pre-construction team participates in design decisions, evaluations, studies, value engineering, value analysis, scheduling, constructability reviews, and more. Design costs, permitting, land acquisition, and lifecycle costs may also be evaluated.
