We worked closely with the owner, architect, and engineering team during design to evaluate structural and layout options for this eight-story, 34-unit zero–lot-line project in downtown Asheville. Through detailed budgeting and constructability reviews, we helped shape the most efficient and cost-effective solution. Site constraints required a carefully engineered foundation and shoring system coordinated with adjacent property requirements. During construction, we also supported the interior design team in developing custom upgrade options for condominium buyers.
