We delivered this six-story, 67,676 SF mixed-use development in the River Arts District, providing new retail, hospitality, and residential space. Early phases required soil nail shoring and structured parking construction on a tight site with minimal laydown. Despite logistical challenges, our team executed wood framing and interior MEP systems with precision. The finished project integrates the district’s industrial roots with its contemporary arts culture, contributing a vibrant new hub to the neighborhood.
