Located within Regional Medical Park, Carolina Hand & Sport Medicine is a 20,000-square-foot medical office building designed to support a wide range of patient care services, including exam and treatment rooms, X-ray facilities, hydrotherapy, and hand therapy. Beverly-Grant, Inc. provided preconstruction services, with the project delivered under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. The two-story facility features a structural steel frame, metal stud wall framing, a metal-framed mansard roof, pebble-dash stucco veneer, wood-clad exterior windows, and a combination of TPO membrane roofing and standing seam metal mansard roofing. Interior finishes include quartz and 3form countertops, along with custom stained red oak cabinetry.
