Projects

Beverly-Grant began working closely with Catawba Brewing Company in early 2013 to assist with pre-construction budgeting of their planned Asheville brewery.  After various sites were evaluated, Catawba Brewing ultimately chose to renovate 5,500 SF of space on Asheville’s "South Slope.”  Scope of work included a taproom, brew house (seven barrel system with provisions to grow to ten), barrel aging room, testing lab, and office space.
