Projects

We partnered with FernLeaf Community Charter School from land acquisition through phased construction on a greenfield site. The project included extensive infrastructure work, new utilities, and two major building phases totaling 70,000 SF. When Hurricane Helene damaged the school’s other campus, we accelerated phase two to achieve early occupancy, allowing students to return to school ahead of schedule. This effort required exceptional collaboration from our subcontractors and partners.
