This new 116,000 square foot facility houses IC Imagine Public Charter School. Beverly-Grant overcame the wettest year in WNC history to turn over this facility ahead of schedule and under budget. Beverly-Grant was involved from the early planning stages of this project and directly assisted IC Imagine with site selection, financing, off-site utility easement solutions and negotiations, NC DOT traffic study coordination, constructability and feasibility studies, construction budgeting and estimating, and building design. The end result is a campus complete with classrooms, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, an outdoor synthetic turf activity field, an outdoor playground, science labs, administrative offices, a pre-school facility, and a medical clinic to serve over 1,300 students and faculty. Beverly-Grant is now in the process of completing the installation of auditorium seating and lighting which was additional scope that was added to the project at the beginning of the current school year.
