Projects

We partnered with Parkview Dental and Diana Bellgowan Architects to complete a comprehensive renovation of their existing dental practice while maintaining full operations throughout construction. The 5,797 SF project focused on rethinking the interior layout to improve efficiency and patient experience, with new spaces for waiting, administration offices, staff break room, and laboratory functions. Through more effective use of the existing footprint, we were able to add two additional exam rooms, increasing the practice capacity to serve patients on a daily basis. Interior improvements included all new casework, updated finishes, and upgrades to the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. Parkview Dental also incorporated custom branding elements, developed in collaboration with a local artist, to reinforce their identity throughout the space. Exterior improvements included a new storefront entry system, increased natural light, and new awnings, enhancing both visibility and the overall façade of the building.
