We delivered this award-winning boutique hotel through the adaptive reuse of a historic structure in Asheville’s River Arts District. The 70,000 SF renovation includes 70 guest rooms, a rooftop bar overlooking the French Broad River, an expansive lobby with coffee bar, and a full-service restaurant. Lower-level spaces support hotel operations with prep kitchens, bakery, laundry, and back-of-house offices. The completed project balances historic character with bold, contemporary design.
