We led the construction of this high-density, mixed-use project in the River Arts District, working closely with an engaged owner and local architect. Through extensive schematic budgeting, building systems analysis, and value engineering, we helped bring the project to fruition despite complex logistics. Construction required significant coordination related to utilities, right-of-way constraints, and limited access. The completed development includes residential units, artist studios, office and retail space, and onsite parking.
