We partnered with the ownership and design teams during preconstruction to evaluate structural systems and deliver a cost-effective, wood-framed solution for this phased multifamily development near UNC–Asheville. Phase one includes a five-story, 49-unit apartment building with a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, including affordable housing. Amenities include full kitchens, conditioned storage, and a business center. Future phases will add retail and café space to complete the development.
