We provided early preconstruction support for the transformation of a former bank building into an eight-story boutique hotel in downtown Asheville. Despite material escalation and delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we guided the project to completion within budget. The scope included structural reinforcement to support two additional floors, extensive interior buildout, and careful coordination in a dense urban environment. The hotel features 60 guestrooms, rooftop and interior bars, multiple commercial kitchens, event spaces, and a bowling alley—each with a distinct design identity.
