The Silverbell Homestead project transformed an existing single-story brick ranch into a residential-style senior living facility while meeting commercial care standards. The work included a full interior demolition and a 3,000 SF addition, resulting in a 13-bed, 15-bath memory care home. Structural deficiencies and water intrusion issues were addressed alongside complete system upgrades, including new gas, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Interior finishes were selected to maintain a warm, home-like environment while supporting long-term performance. Site improvements included a new well and septic system, fire protection, generator, and supporting infrastructure, bringing the property into full commercial compliance. This building represents the first of two planned structures on the site, with the second currently underway.
