Beverly-Grant provided pre-construction and construction services for this 40,000 square foot, four-story building. The scope of work included the building shell and up-fit construction to house South College’s new location in Asheville, NC. Working on a tight timeframe of eight months, Beverly-Grant completed construction in December of 2011 for a total project value of $6.8M. This was the sixth project Beverly-Grant has completed for this particular developer.
