This project includes the modernization of an existing shopping center through façade renovations to multiple buildings, parking lot and landscaping improvements completed in phased construction to minimize tenant disruption, and the addition of a new 38,000 SF, three-story office building. The redevelopment will enhance the property's appearance, functionality, and long-term value while supporting continued operations throughout construction.
