Historic Biltmore School

The iconic Biltmore School building on Hendersonville Road was purchased by a local investment group to restore the historic structure and create professional office space. The 57,000 square foot building was constructed in 1927 and stood vacant for more than a decade. Developer Rick Grant, President of Beverly-Grant, lead the effort. All major systems were upgraded, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and additional enhancements included the addition of fire protection, elevators, solar panels, and ample parking. The exterior façades were restored with original design elements per the 1926 architectural drawings by W.H. Lord.
