Beverly-Grant, Inc. was selected to renovate an already existing facility for Earth Fare’s new corporate headquarters. The building consisted of approximately 32,000 square feet of area which was completely gutted prior to reconstruction. This new facility houses the entire Earth Fare computer and server center, which controls the entire store and distribution chain. This process took several weeks and in-depth meetings and discussions to make sure a seamless switchover occurred since any disruption at all could shut down their entire operation. To make this project even more challenging was that their existing lease was up at the old location and they had only five months in order to vacate. Project completed on time, within budget, seamless transition and move.
