Beverly-Grant, Inc. was the successful bidder on Haywood Electric Membership Corporation’s new corporate headquarters and maintenance building facility in Waynesville, NC. The steel framed headquarters’ building is 40,900 SF and had a very high level of interior and exterior finishes, as well as a special agent fire suppression system for the owner’s computer and information systems. The pre-engineered maintenance building is 7,900 SF and serves as a full service garage for Haywood Electric Membership Corporation’s line and service trucks. The total construction duration was eleven months.
